Its 3-layer, 4-way stretch nylon-spandex fabric carries a 15K/15K waterproof and breathability rating with a Teflon EcoElite water-repellent finish. YKK Vislon AquaGuard zippers, a drop-tail hem, and an adjustable hood with a visor brim help keep weather out.
