The SWR-8 is an eight inch (20cm) long ratchet designed to drive any 3/8″ drive socket or bit, as well as some Park Tool bottom bracket tools. Forged from alloyed steel and chrome plated for daily use, the SWR-8 is reversible and features a quick release button to easily switch from one socket to another.

Robust Bit-Check by Wera. Bit-Checks provide a quick overview of the tools available. Bits not needed are simply reinserted into the set and do not get lost. Simple transportation e.g. in the shirt pocket. Includes universal holder with strong permanent magnet for the take-up of bits with 1/4″ hexagon head drive. Can be inserted in the power screwdriver or for use in the chuck of the electric drill. Multi-component Bit-Check that can be positioned upright for permanently secure bit storage.

Zyklop ratchet with 72 fine-pitched teeth to ensure a low return angle of only 5 degrees.. The ratchet head pivots freely and can be locked into any position by using the slide switch. Work conveniently in very confined and difficult-to-access areas with enhanced hand clearance. The predefined locking positions at 0, 15 und 90 degrees, both to the right and left, ensure safe working without any slipping of the ratchet head. The ratchet can be used as a conventional screwdriver in the 0 position by attaching an adaptor and a bit. The flywheel design ensures rapid screwdriving. The rotation-symmetric construction of the Kraftform handle and the free-turning sleeve support rapid twisting. The outstanding design of the Kraftform handle fits perfectly into the hand preventing hand injuries such as blisters and calluses. The softer anti-slip zones enable the low-loss transfer of high torque.
